FEES & HOME VISIT INFORMATION
We offer home visits during the day, evening, and on weekends,​ depending on our weekly schedule. Telehealth appointments are also available when preferred and covered by your insurance​ (or self-pay)​. ​T​elehealth options are particularly convenient for consultations regarding returning to work, starting solids, or weaning.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email from IntakeQ, our charting system. This will include an intake form and a consent form that must be completed prior to our visit. The consent form will also detail our travel fee structure; please note travel fees must be paid in advance of the visit.
- The Lactation Network: Most PPO plans typically receive 100% coverage. including Aetna, Anthem, United, Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN) through Optum Care in Regions 1, 2, and 3, Multiplan, some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (Rhode Island and Illinois plans), Velocity, Sutter Health, Meritain, Imagine Health, First Health, and First Choice Health.
- Wildflower: Covers Cigna plans at 100%.

-Tricare Prime/Select: We offer a 20% discount on the initial visit for those within a 20-mile radius of the IBCLC. Please note that due to 2025 administrative changes with PGBA and Tricare, we currently cannot guarantee reimbursement for Tricare.
Self-Pay Options:
If your insurance is not covered by the networks above, the initial home visit (1.5-2 hours) is $250, and followup visits are $200. We will provide a Superbill after your visit for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

​We believe that high-quality healthcare and lactation support are fundamental rights, and we are committed to ensuring you have access to the care you deserve. While we cannot guarantee that your insurance company will provide coverage, we will do everything possible to support you in this process.
